Please understand this shop is run by one person the majority of the time. I do my best to ship as quickly as possible but there are delays from time to time. Most orders ship within 5 business days (M-F) If you need an order by a specific date please reach out by email at: deathrattlemarket@gmail.com
If you put in your address wrong, I am not responsible. I am happy to fix my mistakes, not yours. Overseas shipping ships without insurance, if you would like insurance please contact me before purchasing.
A note about cancellations: Please take your time when placing an order. I am not responsible for cancelling your order if you change your mind or enter your info wrong. Often times I go back and forth between the order queue and the email queue and it is common I will not see it in time to stop it from going out.

Q: Do you offer local pickup
A: No, not unless I know you.
Q: Do you still offer custom blankets
A: Yes, please reach out by email
*a note when ordering blankets: All blankets/tapestries are made to order. There is a very short window in which we have the ability to make changes to an order once it has been placed such as cancelling it and/or adjusting the design or the shipping address. This is a very small window and once the weaving has started unfortunately we are not able to make any changes. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out by email and we will get it fixed, however we cannot cancel an order once the weaving has begun. Blankets take roughly a week and a half to two weeks to weave. If ordering internationally please email us first prior to ordering as international blankets go through a different process.
Q: Do you screenprint/do custom shirts?
A: No
Q: Would you be interested in carrying merch from my band/label?
A: Please reach out by email.
NOTE: Dog hair is almost a guarantee at this point. If you are highly allergic/sensitive/can't handle it please do not order from the shop.
Q: Do you ever do reprints? Any chance you have stock hiding anywhere?
A: DO NOT EMAIL ME ASKING FOR REPRINTS OR SPARE STOCK. If it’s not on the site, I DON’T HAVE IT.
If you reach out by email (deathrattlemarket@gmail.com) please allow 1-3 business days for a response. Most emails are answered quicker but again, the majority of the work is handled by one person.
International orders are shipped without insurance. If you would like insurance added to the order, please contact by email before ordering.
No shipping charges will be refunded on packages that are not picked up from customs, incorrect addresses and all orders sent back for reasons out of my control.
